  1. 1. Czym jest disWorld

    disWorld to darmowa gra, w której serwery Discord są państwami na mapie świata. Składa się z bota Discord i tej strony. Korzystając z bota lub strony, akceptujesz ten regulamin oraz Warunki korzystania z Discorda.

  2. 2. Konto i państwo

    • Logujesz się kontem Discord. Musisz spełniać minimalny wiek wymagany przez Discorda w Twoim kraju.
    • Państwo zakłada właściciel serwera. Jedna osoba może rządzić tylko jednym państwem.
    • Właściciel odpowiada za to, kto ma w jego państwie uprawnienia (prezydent, ministrowie).

  3. 3. Zasady gry

    Zabronione jest:

    • nabijanie pieniędzy botami, skryptami, spamem albo kontami stworzonymi tylko do gry,
    • wykorzystywanie błędów gry zamiast ich zgłoszenia,
    • obraźliwe, nienawistne lub nielegalne nazwy państw, sojuszy i wiadomości dyplomatycznych,
    • nękanie innych graczy i próby zakłócania działania gry.

    Za złamanie zasad administrator może cofnąć zyski, zablokować państwo albo wykluczyć serwer z gry.

  4. 4. Wirtualne pieniądze i sezony

    Pieniądze, pola, wojsko i budynki istnieją wyłącznie w grze i nie mają realnej wartości — nie można ich kupić, sprzedać ani wymienić na nic poza grą. Gra toczy się w sezonach: po sezonie mapa jest czyszczona, a wyniki trafiają do historii. Administrator może zmieniać zasady i balans gry, wstrzymywać ją lub resetować.

  5. 5. Dostępność i odpowiedzialność

    Gra jest udostępniana bezpłatnie, „tak jak jest”. Staramy się, żeby działała stale, ale nie gwarantujemy tego i możemy ją w każdej chwili zmienić lub zakończyć. Nie odpowiadamy za utratę postępów w grze ani za treści publikowane przez graczy na ich serwerach.

  6. 6. Dane osobowe

    Jakie dane zbieramy i jak z nimi postępujemy, opisuje Polityka prywatności.

  7. 7. Rezygnacja

    Możesz w każdej chwili przestać grać. Właściciel serwera może usunąć bota z serwera; na prośbę usuniemy też państwo.

  8. 8. Zmiany i kontakt

    Gdy zmienimy regulamin, zaktualizujemy datę na górze strony. Dalsze korzystanie z gry oznacza akceptację zmian. Kontakt: wynszer.biznes@gmail.com. Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu.

  1. 1. What disWorld is

    disWorld is a free game where Discord servers are countries on a world map. It consists of a Discord bot and this website. By using the bot or the website you accept these terms and the Discord Terms of Service.

  2. 2. Account and country

    • You sign in with your Discord account. You must meet Discord’s minimum age in your country.
    • A country is founded by the server owner. One person may rule only one country.
    • The owner is responsible for who holds powers in their country (president, ministers).

  3. 3. Game rules

    It is forbidden to:

    • farm money with bots, scripts, spam or accounts created only for the game,
    • exploit bugs instead of reporting them,
    • use offensive, hateful or illegal names of countries, alliances or diplomatic messages,
    • harass other players or try to disrupt the game.

    For breaking the rules the administrator may revert gains, block a country or exclude a server from the game.

  4. 4. Virtual money and seasons

    Money, territory, soldiers and buildings exist only in the game and have no real-world value — they cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for anything outside the game. The game runs in seasons: after a season the map is cleared and results go to the history. The administrator may change the rules and balance, pause or reset the game.

  5. 5. Availability and liability

    The game is provided free of charge, “as is”. We try to keep it running but do not guarantee it, and may change or end it at any time. We are not liable for lost game progress or for content players publish on their servers.

  6. 6. Personal data

    What data we collect and how we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.

  7. 7. Leaving

    You may stop playing at any time. A server owner may remove the bot; on request we also delete the country.

  8. 8. Changes and contact

    When we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the game means accepting the changes. Contact: wynszer.biznes@gmail.com. These terms are governed by Polish law.
